Bored on Second Life?

There is no excuse for being bored on Second Life.   I cringe when people say they are bored. If you are bored- it's your own fault! There are so many things to do!!!

Divine Blood hosts a variety of events weekly along with our classes.  Also, many of our members are hosts/hostesses, dancers or DJ's at clubs throughout Second Life. The Second Life website lists an events calendar too. 


You can sort and organize your inventory to make room for more goodies! You can join Midnight Mania groups that inform you of MM boards to tap.  There are hunts to do for other free things. If you want to see what is offered in a hunt I found this website. Flickr has lots of groups that show Second Life freebies as well like http://www.flickr.com/groups/607733@N23/ , http://www.flickr.com/groups/slfashionshows/ , and http://www.flickr.com/groups/1030219@N24/ are some of the larger groups. 

You can do a search for groups, or places to role play.  If you enjoy fighting there are DCS and Spellfire groups. You can also join a Bloodlines War group with your fellow vampires.  A group of my friends enjoy playing Assassins Grid.  It's free to get started! You can find a variety of these weapons on the Marketplace.

Do a search under the Places tab for anything that might interest you like , old west, Disneyland, romantic parks, forests, Viking, Roman, or the sky is the limit with lots of outer space locations.  Most major cities have their own sim to explore.

If you want to learn to build your own items in Second Life there are classes you can take.  Or you can look on YouTube for tutorials. There are also tons of in game tutorials if you search.  No room to build? Go to a sandbox!

There are gaming sims.  Some charge to play, some don't.  There are fishing games too! You can watch movies on Second Life.  You can also make movies of your Second Life.  You can attend DJ school and learn to DJ.  You can help new members just joining Second Life at the various Info Hubs. There are also charity events you can volunteer to help with all the time.

And if all else fails- there is always sex on SL. Lots and lots of sex.  Need Landmarks for that? Ask Prince Pad, our Stoner Cowboy.
