B's Bestest - Skye <3 Hmmm, didn't have to think long on this one. Roughly ten months ago I was dancing with some friend's at Eka's Club, Daydreams, and this smexy California girl opens up a convo with me and in doing so we opened up the vast wonderful world of SL through our seemingly endless explorations, dancing and chatting the nights away... We worked hard at figuring the bugs out and spent hours sharing what we learned along the way with others. Skye Carpathia-Xaron has proved a source of inspiration for so many here in SL, those coming up through the ranks of Bloodlines and just about any others she'd meet on these roads. So yeah, Skye is my bestest, without her my Second Life just wouldn't be the same :)

Pandora

Lady Lorielle recreated the moon Pandora from the movie Avatar for her most recent event. People showed up in tribal and Na'vi costumes. The winners were Laini, Skye and Bfortytwo. Baroness Lara had an awesome songlist for us to dance to. Can't wait for the next one!

Tiny Avatar Event

Ty held his first event Thursday night with a tiny avatar event. The sploder numbers were HUGE and the prize winnings went all the way up to $L3500!!! Skye won first place for her giraffe avatar.  Fantastic job Ty!

Come As You Are 1-10-11

Thanks to Ekaterina, we have a great new club for the lands.  Lady Skye held a Come as you Are event there recently with DJ Cuda playing the awesome music. There was a huge turnout including lots of new members.  Gracie won this event with her giant "UR" costume. It was, come as "you are" afterall...

Porn Event

Gotta love the naughty events at Divine!! Lady Skye held the Porn Event at our adults only naughty pool recently.  With DJ Ty spinning the tunes for us all to enjoy and dance.  The area was decorated with vintage porn movie posters, phallic symbols, and event some porn video clips set on repeat. Leigh and Lusty tied to win this event.

Tarquil and Ravensong's Wedding

Daisy decorates the best weddings. Hands down. Maybe I'm biased but damn,  this was a gorgeous wedding.  Vampire themed for Ravensong and Tarquil, she wore a black formal from Bliss Couture, and he wore Viktor from Avid.  Raven's dragon watched over the handfasting ceremony from the sidelines and was a neat touch to the whole ambiance.  Duchess Freya performed the ceremony with Kimmy as the flower girl.  Satara, Lorielle, and Skye were the bridesmaids.  Bfortytwo, Rikk (a last minute replacement for Tar), and Gokhan were the groomsmen.  Her liege, Ty gave her away and DJ'd the event. 

Return to Camelot

Lord Bfortytwo and Lady Skye held the Return to Camelot event recently.  In his debut DJ gig, Skye's minion, Ty Serenade did a phenomenal job of supplying the music.  We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.  We had a few visitors from other clans that also had a great time at the event.  Great decor, including Ravensong's Dragon, created a perfect atmosphere.

Family Turning: Ravensong

I was blessed to be included in a recent family turning.  Bfortytwo and Skye invited me to their homestead to watch one of their line, Ravensong, be turned and embrace the darkside. You might recall Skye's turning back in July. How their line has grown in just a few short months!  I documented the conversation so all of us could enjoy and share in the love they share for their family. We gathered in the graveyard as Ty waited onstage to direct the event:

Masquerade

Lady Skye created a masquerade ball of mystery and intrigue intermingled with an air of seduction and sophistication.  As Countess Irish played the music, we all peeked from our masks to marvel and wonder at each other's gowns.  The men were equally handsome and in rare form.  Were we lightheaded from the altitude or intoxicated with drink? Was it the atmosphere of merriment? I can hardly recall what all happened but cannot help but smile a wicked little smile as I reminisce about this night.
